A host of sophisticated standard and optional features are available on all systems
in the range including ISDN connectivity, DECT cordless technology, Computer
Telephony Integration (CTI), Digital Keyphones, Call Centre functionality, Voicemail

VoIP
 Using the latest Voice Over Internet Protocol Technology our Samsung supplied systems can route calls over existing data links and leased lines to reduce the cost of call traffic between linked sites. Some companies have managed to cut their phone budgets by as much as 35% by combining voice and data networks whilst at the same time creating more effective applications.
DECT & Keyphone handsets
We can supply a complete range of handsets to meet the requirements of your business from the simple terminal to sophisticated portable digital cordless (DECT) telephones and. fully featured keyphone handsets. Many are available with LCD displays and fully programmable functions.
CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)
The latest telephone systems integrate both voice and data requirements allowing you to control the whole process from a PC. Functions such as on screen dialling, call forwarding, teleconferencing, speed dialling, message management and call logging can all be performed at the click of a mouse.
Mobile Interface
If you have a large number of staff using mobiles but resent the high cost of calling them from the office, a mobile interface could be the answer. The compact unit can be fitted to your system enabling calls to your company mobiles to be charged at standard mobile-to-mobile rates, which can be a fraction of the cost of fixed line calls to mobiles. Alternatively, you may have a temporary site where you need to use telephones and faxes but it may not be practical to put in a permanent BT line. As the mobile interface uses GSM networks to carry your calls there is no long or expensive installation required.
CLI and DDI tagging
Calling Line Identifier and Direct Dial Inward facilities allow you to see who is calling and what number they are calling. When coupled with CTI and linked to your customer database you can more effectively maintain relationships by having the key information immediately to hand.
On site and off site support
Not only will we manage the whole installation of your telephone system but we can maintain it both on site and via remote programming where appropriate. The advanced features of the Samsung system will allow us to dial in to your network to monitor its performance and remotely programme any changes required.
Music 'On-hold'
For a friendly and professional approach to customer service, you may wish to have a music on-hold unit that can entertain customers when staff are busy or when on-hold and being transferred to another extension.
Voicemail
Probably the most popular addition to any telephone system is that of voicemail. This means you never need miss an important message. Callers can leave a message for a specific member of staff on their personal extension number and these messages can even be picked-up remotely when users are out of the office.
